I have had training in and have a lot of exerience working with a broad range of hypnotic work.
I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) approaches, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), gestalt approaches and various regression therapy approaches.

Generally the first session we have will be used for us to work out a treatment plan. I will always try to offer the approach / approaches that I feel would suit you best, and which will bring about the level of change that you are after in the shortest amount of time.
