Sleep well again...
There can be a variety of reasons why we have trouble sleeping. It could be that it's an ingrained habit that we need to break from. We may have all sorts of things on our minds that we try to deal with when we stop the day's activities.
It may even be that at some point in the past something happened that made our subconscious mind decide that it was unsafe or unwise to sleep the whole night through.
Often, simply the worry of not being able to get to sleep prevents us from doing so, it can be a vicious circle, the less sleep we get the more worried we become… (in this situation it can sometimes help if we ask ourselves what’s the worst thing that can happen if I don’t get any sleep tonight?)

You need to learn how to send the right kinds of messages, you need to be going to sleep thinking and feeling that you are going to sleep deeply and easily all night long.
