Most top sports people incorporate visualisation into their training, an acrobat cannot conceive of pulling off a complicated manoeuvre if he cannot first do it in his minds eye - if you cannot imagine doing it then you cannot do it - it's as simple as that. This law works the other way too… if you can imagine yourself doing it, then, providing you body is capable of doing it - you can do it.
