The Stroud Social Dreaming Project is an ongoing Social Dreaming Matrix.
A Social Dream Matrix involves the participants narrating their dreams and their associations to the dreams. This is followed by a brief period to reflect upon what has been brought to the matrix.
The focus is on the collective and social potential of the dreams. Once brought the dream is thought of, and seen to be, relevant to all participants – not just to the dreamer.
The process encourages unique ways of thinking, communicating and relating.
It can help us to gain access to things that we know but are unable to think.
No previous experience or knowledge of this work is required simply a desire to participate.
Events are currently held at St Lukes Therapy Centre, 53 Cainscross Rd, Stroud GL5 4EX
All welcome. Cost £5 per session
